As the Director of the Real Estate Division at GH Housing Foundation, Randy brings a rare combination of analytical expertise, hands-on development experience, and a proven track record of executing high-volume real estate transactions with precision and integrity. 

Randy began his career after earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida, setting the foundation for a lifelong commitment to understanding real estate markets, financial analysis, and community-focused development. Over the years, he has become recognized for his strong ability to identify value, evaluate opportunities, and strategically guide both nonprofit and for-profit organizations toward sustainable growth. 

With experience spanning traditional sales, REO asset management, land acquisition, and investment analytics, Randy has consistently delivered measurable results. He has personally negotiated and closed more than 100 real estate transactions, generating over $100 million in total sales volume, and has supported financial institutions managing complex residential asset portfolios. His work includes performing in-depth market research, conducting property assessments and inspections, forecasting financial performance, and developing accurate repair and renovation cost estimates. His deep understanding of market conditions allows him to determine fair market values with unmatched accuracy. 

Before joining GH Housing Foundation, Randy worked with HomeVestors/Hi Land Properties and All Florida Property Group, where he managed distressed assets, maximized returns on investment, and helped streamline portfolio performance. He developed a strong reputation for professional integrity, excellent negotiation skills, and a relentless commitment to quality—qualities that now strengthen GH Housing Foundation’s real estate operations and long-term development pipeline. 

Today, as Real Estate Investment Strategist and Division Director, Randy leads the organization’s site evaluations, acquisition strategies, and development feasibility assessments. His leadership ensures GH Housing Foundation acquires the right properties, navigates entitlement pathways effectively, and creates projects that deliver both community impact and long-term financial sustainability. His passion for housing, community revitalization, and strategic development drives his work every day.
